Ferdinand the frog helps the children with our phonics scheme, RWI.
In Reception we choose jobs to do at busy time with our choosing pegs!
The children have a stimulating and enriched learning experience and this may include meeting special visitors, trips in and around the local area as well as further afield and many outdoor learning experiences. Parents and children are also encouraged to be creative together, producing artwork linked to the Creative Curriculum topics, which is set as a homework project.
Please refer to your home learning pack as provided by your child's teacher. This contains sounds, words, handwriting formation sheets, number formation sheets, number cards and as appropriate a reading book or sounds/ words/spellings to practise.
Busy Things is a collection of online learning resources for children to enjoy at home. We do not have home access for busy things, but you can purchase apps and home access from their website: https://www.busythings.co.uk
